ENGAGEMENT
During the Customer engagement process, AstroSoft assigns an International Operations Manager to interact with the Client. The IOM proposes a suitable outsourcing solution, negotiates the business terms and establishes the general cooperation scheme.
From the pilot project, AstroSoft assigns also a Project Manager whose key activities include interactions with the Client, project organization and staffing, planning and tracking of the progress, requirements and change management.
After the Customers ideas are seized and the Team is organized, - the kick-off meetings and Software Development Plan creation act as the Project launch.
