As usual the program of Congress was full of different events - seminars, presentations, workshops, skills tracks, games and networking. The event was visited by over 800 participants from different countries and industries.

On the second day of the Congress, 16.06, Maria Yudaeva, AstroSoft Director of Nordic Group, and Juha Aspinen, CEO of Jydacom and chairman of the Board of Buildercom, during practical Knowledge and Skills track told about collaboration in software development projects.

17.06, at the Seminar 3 ”Refresh your risks into opportunities” Deputy CTO of AstroSoft Alexey Chubar presented comparison of different project management models. During the same seminar AstroSoft marketing manager Ekaterina Ignatieva acted as vice chairman on the seminar.

Congress appeared to be very interesting for all participants and a number of questions were raised after presentations from listeners. Maria Yudaeva, who is in charge of sales of software development services on the Scandinavian market and in Finland, commented: «It’s very important that we got visibility at such a big and multinational event. Though IPMA World Congress is not specifically dedicated to the software industry, there are often the same types of project management issues in other areas. I am sure that all participants got new ideas and methods for everyday project management questions and tasks, as I and my colleagues did».
