OPERATIONAL SET UP
The cooperation setting-up includes the following steps:

On-site team kick-off meeting and current applications/business area studying; it`s recommended to involve all key persons from both teams to this meeting

Detailed planning of cooperation model, team creation (if it`s not fully created yet) and resources assignation to the specific tasks.
First on-site meeting will include:
