ENGAGEMENT
 
During the Customer engagement process, AstroSoft assigns an International Operations Manager to interact with the Client. The IOM proposes a suitable outsourcing solution, negotiates the business terms and establishes the general cooperation scheme.
From the pilot project, AstroSoft assigns also a Project Manager whose key activities include interactions with the Client, project organization  and staffing, planning and tracking of the progress, requirements and change management.
After the Customer`s ideas are seized and the Team is organized, - the kick-off meetings and Software Development Plan creation act as the Project launch.
