DEDICATED CENTERS
One of the key and mutual beneficial types of cooperation is the Dedicated Development Centers.
Staff-based Dedicated Center is best for the clients with offshore delivery methodology and practices. Based on own facilities and resources pool, AstroSoft offers to establish a Dedicated Center for the Customers software development. Boosting the scale of the Customers IT development, the model of cooperation set up will save up to 50% of the expenses by cutting down employment costs, contract and project arrangements.
The Dedicated Center will work under the following general terms:

The core team will be assigned for a period 6-12 months with the possible prolongation in case the results of this cooperation model  will be satisfactory -
The additional short-term resources might be temporarily added to the team for specific tasks

Planning of the Dedicated Center activities shall be done by the Team Leaders (AstroSoft) and the Dedicated Center Coordinator (Customer). The review of the plans is done at least on monthly basis and the progress reporting is done on weekly basis

The payments for the services of the Dedicated Center are done on monthly basis under the agreed calculation scheme.
The Dedicated Centers shows outstanding results in the flexibility and performance as well as it provides the ability for the Customer to place any new tasks or orders very quickly and efficiently.
