OPERATIONAL SET UP
The cooperation setting-up includes the following steps:

On-site team kick-off meeting and current applications/business area studying; its recommended to involve all key persons from both teams to this meeting

Detailed planning of cooperation model, team creation (if its not fully created yet) and resources assignation to the specific tasks.
First on-site meeting will include:
