OPERATIONAL SET UP
 
The cooperation setting-up includes the following steps:
  • On-site team kick-off meeting and current applications/business area studying; it’s recommended to involve all key persons from both teams to this meeting
  • Detailed planning of cooperation model, team creation (if it’s not fully created yet) and resources assignation to the specific tasks.
 
First on-site meeting will include:
  • Teams introduction
  • Discussion of the overall goals, requirements for the pilot project, expectations
  • Business area and applications/materials studying
 
Common workspace creation will include:
  • Setup the common project on the Team Foundation Server
  • Setup the common portal on the Share Point Server
 
The detailed Software Development Plan and Cooperation Framework will be prepared by AstroSoft as a result of the first phase of partnership.
