TEAM & PROJECT INFRASTRUCTURE CREATION
Team and infrastructure creation and assignment are done according to the “Project starting” procedure and include the following steps:

Request for the project phase - request is created and placed for the production department, it includes preliminary information about start timeframe, workload and personnel

Project manager appointment phase - Project manager is selected and appointed for the project, he reviews the project parameters and actual resources assignment. The following is taken into consideration during the team assignment:

Requirements for amount, technological and other skills

Workload and current plans for possible resources

All team members are AstroSoft personnel

Infrastructure creation phase - it includes the following:

Project creation within the Team Foundation Server
-
Project plan publishing within the Microsoft Project Server

Software Development Plan document creation (working draft)

Final confirmation and project startup
