GATHERING CUSTOMER'S IDEAS
The pre-project collaboration is started with gathering any ideas or visions about the upcoming project from the Customer side. Once the Customer has an idea about the new project or product, then the Technical Expert from AstroSoft assigned to work gets and understands the Customer requirements (even on a very rough level) and provides suggestions and proposals about working model and estimations.
During the pre-project collaboration and proposal creation, AstroSoft experts typically answer the set of questions to make the right decisions about the project: 
- Which working model is more suitable - RUP or Agile;
- How the project should be organized from the financial prospective - Fixed Price or Software Dedicated Center
- Should Test Driven Development, Use Case Driven Development etc. be used
- How the iterative development should be organized
- Any additional specific technical questions.
Once requirements and vision are clarified and discussed, then AstroSoft issues the Technical and Commercial Proposal with general terms for the project.
